
Student Volunteer
Represented Louisiana State University as a student volunteer for STEM NOLA. Designed to deliver learning opportunities and activities to under served communities across the city. STEM NOLA mission statement is to grow, engage, and inspire future Innovators, Creators, Makers and Entreprenuers.

Members of the community grades K-12 will be engaged in in the fields of Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
During this coordinated event I taught students through a webcam about electricity. I first started the event by discussing the founder of the traffic light, William Potts. Then eventually with the kits STEM NOLA sent the students I walked them through the steps to build a traffic light. To the left is the traffic light completed
